New downstream analysis: Identify genes with essential protein domains

Here is a new script that allows to give a score to every gene, which corresponds to the likelihood that this gene has essential and non-essential domains.

We identified up to 400 such genes. The first 200 are very safe, the likelihood of false detection augments after that,
